Prepay Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• Prepay credits can be purchased via in-store QR codes or online and are available to individual customers only (not for resale or transfer).
• By purchasing, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Use of Prepaid Credit

• Prepaid credit can be used for any service offered by Castle Cove Laundry and Drycleaning except for alterations.
• Credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Partial payments may be allowed if your order total exceeds your credit balance (you pay the difference).

3. Expiry

• Prepaid credit is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Expired credit will not be reactivated or refunded.

4. Promotions and Discounts

• Prepaid credits can be used as payment during promotional or discounted periods.
• You cannot use your credits to purchase vouchers.

5. Lost or Stolen Credits

• Castle Cove Laundry and Drycleaning is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of prepaid credit.
• Customers must provide proof of purchase if disputes arise.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

• Once purchased, prepaid credits are non-refundable, except where required by law.
• If Castle Cove Laundry and Drycleaning ceases trading or discontinues the prepay program, customers will be notified and given a reasonable period to redeem remaining credit.

7. Service Changes

• Castle Cove Laundry and Drycleaning reserves the right to update prices or service offerings. Prepaid credits will continue to be redeemable at the new prices.

8. Disputes

• Any disputes regarding prepaid credit must be raised within 14 days of the transaction.

9. Agreement

• By purchasing or using prepaid credit, you acknowledge that you’ve read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
